Was du beschreibst, ist quasi das typische depressive Tief: zurückziehen, Überempfindlichkeit, Schlafprobleme etc. Weil du meintest, dass du so viel zu Hause wärst, gehst du regelmäßig zur Therapie? Du solltest wieder mehr zur schule gehen. Erstens gibt dir das einen alltag, etwas regelmäßiges, das sicherheit verleiht. Und zweitens bleibt schulverweigerung nicht lange ohne folgen.

Das automatische sternen wollen kenn ich Auch wenn mal sowas in der schule an der tafel steht, denk ich oft automatisch: sternen und triggerwarnung einbauen
